#021 - In October 2021, we handpicked biodynamically Riesling grapes from the Alsace region which we fermented into natural wine. After primary fermentation, we blended the wine with a barrel aged saison/lambiek blend.

--Bottled at t'Brugs Beertje, Brugge. -- Hazy golden, brief head. Citric vinous mildly funky nose. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Citric with Muscat like wine and mild oak. Mid bitter finish.

0,75l bottle at home. Bottled 04/2022. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells vinous, tobacco, peppery, grassy, earthy, bit lactic, nice smell overall. full body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, bit vinous, peppery, tobacco, bit leathery, horse radish. finishes dry and bitter and lightly sour with notes of horse radish, pepper and grassy notes. nice one, but rather heavy, probably also still quite young. has potential.
