Brewed with Centennial, Chinook, Mosaic, and Simcoe this is a classic take on a West Coast IPA. The combination of both timeless and new-age hops reveals a well-rounded palate of clear, dry and bitter flavors. Some tropical, some traditional.

Can. Clear golden. Grapefruit, crisp malts, caramel, bread crust, bitter weedy hops, spruce. Medium sweet and solid bitter. Medium bodied. Good!

Pours a crystal clear golden colour and a dense white head with good lacing. Aroma's: lots of hoppiness, resin, fruit, a little sweet. Retronasal there's resin and some fruit. Flavour is fairly bitter with a hint of malty sweetness. Medium bodied. Long bitter finish. Solid Westcoast.

Can at home from Sterk, Amsterdam, 27th November 22. Pours a nice clear copper ale. Aroma is candy, resin, malts. Taste is resinous, bitter and lovely malts, light roast, bitter pine and some citrus. Another cracker from ABC

On tap at In de Wildeman, Amsterdam on 17th November 2022. Coppery amber with shallow foam and scant lacing. Malty aroma. Hazelnut malt and spicy citrus peel in-mouth and a herby spiced finish. Zingy mouthfeel and a light body.
