Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours nearly clear dark brown with airy but stable light tan head. Clear aroma of malt, caramel, and nuts, with touches of yeast. Sour (off??) flavour with nutty and estery touches. Bitter, hoppy aftertaste with sour notes of infection. Needs re-rating.

Shared can at Bernt and Anne-Ma’s place after 2nd day of X-mas dinner 2023. Mahogany amber. Beige head and lacing. Aroma and taste of slightly roasted sweet malt, dried fruit, brittle and noble hops. Quite dry.

Draft. A chestnut brown beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, nuts, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, nuts, and caramel, leading toa bitter finish.

Can 440ml @ Home. Pours dark reddish brown with a beige head. Aroma has notes of malt, rye and caramel. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long malty and rye finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

0,44 boks fra VP Hillevåg, på hotellrommet i Skudenes: mørkebrun farge med fint skum som varer. Røstet malt og ristet rugbrød, mørke karamellsjokolader, lys kaffe, noen ristede hasselnøtter og et hint av kardemomme i en velsmakende kombinasjon. Behagelig tørr avslutning med mersmak, men dessverre er polet stengt for i dag.
