Bottle. Hazy pale yellow. Floral apples, soft funk, mineral notes, chalk, lime zest. Light sweet and sour. Light bodied, a bit dry. It’s tasty enough, but there’s not much body or depth, there’s an obvious lack of proper cider apples.

Bottle bought from Nevel at Rotzooi Fermentatie festival Ede. Color: Hazy pale yellow, no head. Aroma: Funky, apple, wood. Taste: Quite a lot of barnyard and some wet dog funk, fruity apple, subtle tannins, wood and apple skin. Just under medium body, just under average carbonation. Light sweet, light to moderate fruity tartness, very light bitterness. Refreshing. Nice cider.
