Brewed a light colored, but full blonde ale. Added Ghana cocoa nibs and cold brew from Single Speed coffee roasters to get the dark flavors. One ounce of coffee per pint.

A: clear amber, small, white head.
A: coffee nib, toasted white bread, herbal mix.
T: sweetish apple, bread crust, bitter coffee.
F: earthy hops, coffee and fruity yeast.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Unconvincing.
