Kettle soured, Berliner Weisse, with guava and mango added post-fermentation. The tartness of guava and sweetness of mango fight each other but have the two distinct flavors at different times.

A: clear ochre, small, off-white head.
A: guava, lime, starfruit, unripe mango.
T: sourish guava, lime and lemon.
F: tart lime, vague mango, acidic.
P: medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation.
Mango remains understated, but okay.
