In case it wasn’t already patently obvious, we’ve been pretty taken in by the Vista hype here at Polly’s. After giving it a run in a single hop pale ale, we talked pretty heavily at length with our hop merchant about how well this varietal plays with others, in particular the certified Polly’s classic – Mosaic. On their own delightfully complex hops in their own right, the combination of these two in tandem with one another takes the aroma and flavour profile of this beer to the next degree. Mosaic brings the bubblegum sweetness, with tangerine tang and berry medley, whilst Vista brings those oh so delicious sweet tropical notes we’ve fallen so in love with since it landed in our cold store. All backed up and wrapped in our signature LA3 house yeast for maximum suspension and fluffiness, we’re already excited for what the USDA has in store for us next!

3/1/2026. Can at Polly’s Kesgrave beer share, courtesy of ITFCfan. Hazy/cloudy pale yellow beige pour. Aroma is ripe tropical fruits, yogurt drop, citrus, vague smoked edge. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Drying finish.

Can from Eltham Wines. Tangerine, peach, mango, grapefruit & light summer berry aromas. Nice tropical fruit & citrus flavours, quite a tongue tingler. Heavy hoppy aftertaste.

Keg draught at the Pharmacie Arms, Syston. Light gold, hazy with a spotty white head. Gentle stone fruit aroma, touches of cantaloupe. Sweet, sugary taste with lots of melon and some blueberry and pink grapefruit. Finish is more bitter. Medium body with spritzy carbonation. Special stuff!

De aspecto muy turbio, espuma blanca de burbuja fina y presencia media. Aroma muy frutal dominado por las notas a mango. En boca también permanecen esas notas tropicales en donde el mango y algo de melón son protagonistas junto a matices cítricos. Al final del trago tiene un amargor moderado ligeramente seco.
