We have taken this holiday classic and updated it for 2021. This rich malty Red Ale, with honey, cinnamon, and orange peel gives a rich yet balanced aroma and flavour. Replicating the unmistakable flavours of Christmas Cake, it's a must have for the holiday season.

Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours hazy darkish straw with amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with touches of cake and hints of roast. Bitter, hoppy onset, quickly giving way to sweet notes og malt, caramel, and cloves. Sugary and lozengelike aftertaste with touches of yeast. Agreeable.

Draught, 6.8% at Skaal Sønderborg. Teaish aroma with notes of medium light caramel. Hazy dark amber colour. Small stable off-white head. The flavour is quite caramelly. Old bread notes, but not bad. Sweetish finish. Good mouthfeel.
