Sample (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, mediumsized foamy off-white head. Aroma is toffee, some floral, mild wooden and some earthy tones. Flavour is caramel, toffee, some floral, mild wooden and some nutty tones. Nice alcohol sweetness to it too. Refreshing and highly drinkable.

--Bottled, from Systembolaget. -- Clear golden, mid sized head. Marmeladey nose with hay, honey and marzipan. Sweet with full body and dense, well rounded mouthfeel. Honey, marzipan, hay and perry. Warming mid bitter finish. Powerful, yet elegant and polished.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 11 Mar 2023) Golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty nose with dried fruit, caramel, herbs and Belgian yeast. Malty, fruity taste with notes of dried fruit, caramel, apricots, herbs, hay, coriander, yeast, marzipan and a mild herbal bitterness. Full body, quite sweet. Tasty and well balanced. Alcohol fairly well hidden. Going in the tripel direction. Very nice.
