Cremiger, röstig malziger Beginn. Weiche Herbe, Röstnoten, Noten von Schokolade. Würzig-malzig, leicht unterdurchschnittlich karbonisiert, rund. Langer malziger Abgang. 10/9/11/10/9/10

440ml can. Clear, brown-ish, dark ruby colour with minimally late awakening, average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, beige head. Minimally bready, caramel malty aroma, notes of dark caramel, a touch of burnt caramel, hints of pumpernickel, fruity whiffs of plum, dried plum. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel and roasty, dark malty, slightly mineral, notes of dark caramel, some treacle, a touch of burnt caramel, hints of coffee, minimally papery, weak fruity hoppy overtones with a touch of mandarine and orange, alcoholic interludes; slightly papery finish. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and to some degree soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium, somehow blurred, mildly prickly carbonation. Very close to (if not - concerning the recipe - identical with) Früher war mehr Lametta, but minimally shifted, the pumpernickel touch is new (or replaces the silage), the metallic touch is omitted; again diversified, this time better in aroma than taste - decent as ever.
