Etwas trockener, herb hopfiger Beginn. Moderate Bitterkeit, hell brotig, etwas monoton. Unspannend aber süffig und gut trinkbar. 10/10/10/8/8/9

440ml can. Slightly milky, dark yellow-ish to orange golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Piney and citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, pale malty background, notes of lemon, grapefruit, pine, some pineapple. Taste is slightly perfumed, citrusy fruity and piney hoppy with moderate, initially slightly subliminal bitterness, notes of lemon, lemon juice, lemon peel, grapefruit, some grapefruit peel, some pineapple, slightly biscuity, pale malty backbone with low residual sweetness; lingering, oily hoppy finish with increasing/accumulating bitterness. Oily texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Very clean and refreshing, hop bitterness comes in through the backdoor - pretty good, classic West Coast IPA.
