Die Offenbarung, ein cremiger Barley Wine wurde 9 Monate in Chardonnay Fässern gelagert. Das kraftvolle Bier mit einem Alkoholgehalt von 10,5 % ist dabei zu einer außergewöhnlichen Rarität gereift. Die ursprünglich süßliche Aromatik von reifen Bananen und Dörrobst wird dabei durch harmonische Säure des Weißweins und Aromen von Eichenholz ergänzt. Ein besonderes Bier für besondere Momente.
Die Offenbarung ist handwerklich hergestellt. Es werden nur natürliche Zutaten verwendet, die teilweise (Roggenmalz, Datteln, Balsamico) die Grenzen des deutschen Reinheitsgebots verlassen. Die Offenbarung ist unfiltriert und nicht pasteurisiert. Ein leichter Bodensatz in der Flasche ist normal.

330ml bottle. Pours very dark brown with a small head. Aroma is red wine vinegar, port and chocolate. Taste has red wine vinegar and chocolate with a woody twang on the finish.

Trockener Beginn von vergorenen Trauben. Dunkles Malz zieht ein Alkoholaroma mit sich, würzig, trocken, weich. Zum Ende wird das Malz stärker und verdrängt das vinöse Aroma etwas, vollmundig, Vanille zum Schluss. 10/11/9/11/12/11

33cl bottle. a clear orange brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of wood, bourbon, strong dark malt. Taste of strong dark brown malt, wood, bourbon. Boozy finish.
