330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, redd-ish, dark amber colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, off-white head. Mellow malty and slightly yeasty fruity aroma, hints of red fruit, some caramel, a minimally toasty, bready touch, whiffs of plum and cherry. Taste is mellow malty and yeasty fruity, slightly leafy hoppy, hints of red fruit, tea, a touch of toffee, caramel, a minimally toasty touch of brown bread crust. Slightly creamy texture, smooth, super soft and silky, minimally greasy palate, very fine, dense, creamy carbonation. Balanced and homogeneous, excellent mouthfeel - nice.

Sehr trockener, brotig röstiger Beginn. Trocken herb-malziger Mittelteil, wenig harmonisch, geringe Süße. Meh. 9/6/7/6/7/6

0,33 l bottle. BB 10/2023. Cloudy red brown, small one finger pale beige head. Sweet malty on the nose, some apples. Tatste starts dry malty with bitterness, caramel in the background. Below average carboanted. Some sugar sweetness. Malty bitterness with herbal elements in the aftertaste.
33cl bottle. A almost clear dark amber beer with a big beige head. Aroma of reddish malt, spruce, caramel. Taste of caramelized red malt, nuts, spicy hops.

Cloudy, brownish-reddish color and a nice white head. Malty, bready, caramelly nose, faint orange peel. Taste follows the nose, hoppy-bitter finish.
