As the name implies, Mystic Matter's jet-black appearance intrigues the mind to discover what lies beyond: a complex brew that’s perfect for bourbon and coffee lovers alike. Its vast depth of character was developed from resting in multiple Breckenridge bourbon barrels for up to 15 months, plus the harmonious addition of organic Tahitian vanilla bean and Três Barras coffee from our friends at Steady State. Beyond its heavenly aromas of tiramisu, charred oak, and vanilla macaroon, you’ll find flavors of bourbon, fudge, and brown sugar revealed with each delectable sip.

A: hazy black, thin, yellowish beige head.
A: green apple, vanilla bean, cappuccino, chocolate sauce, clove, brandy.
T: sweet date, pear & prune; dark chocolate and vanilla cream.
F: herbal hops, bittersweet creamy coffee, dried fruit, boozy bourbon alcohol.
P: full body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Delicious. Coffee and malt keep the bourbon balanced.

500ml bottle. Sweet, heavy with vanilla and coffee notes, some bourbon and cocoa. Loads of vanilla.
