Our first collaboration with our friends from the Canadian Category12 Brewing is a sour ale made with blueberry, cranberry, maple syrup resembling the perfect Canadian breakfast. Thanks to the added vanilla, wheat flakes and lactose, this beer is perfectly smooth, creamy and very nice to drink.

Can sample, murky dark red, maple, berries and a bit of wood and spiciness, medium sweetness balanced by a light sourness, just a hint of yoghurt, not to heavy. Really nice.

Semmi hab, vörös, rostos gyümölcslé állag. Áfonyás, juharszirupos, vaníliás illat. Áfonyás, vaníliás, juharszirupos íz. Savanyú enyhén édeskés, közepesen testes, enyhén szénsavas, enyhén kesernyés. Túlságosan gyümölcsleves, valahol elveszett a sör.

A pretty good fruited sour with some berries. Unfortunately, we were also promised maple. Where's my maple? Or the vanilla? Mostly just berries, light tartness and some restrained lactose. Tasty, but underwhelming.
