Inflections of hearth-risen country bread interwoven with notes of nutmeg, clove, banana skin, and Asian pear create quite the beguiling beverage. Our New World love of the Old World classics allowed us to marry North Carolina wheat malt with time-honored German brewing techniques and ingredients. Simply delicious.

Everything in its right place. Straightforward hefe, hits all the clove-straw-vanilla-yeast notes you want with no excess fat. Good beer

Draft at the brewery. Poured a slightly hazy yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was banana, cloves, wheat. Flavor was banana, some pear comes through on this one. Pretty tasty.
