Bottle. Brown color. Shy apple syrup aroma. Grainy sweet flavor with plums and raisin. Caramel cake. Hints of alcohol, which is surprising considering the very modest ABV. Can’t believe that it is only 5%.

Allereerst, fantastisch flesje ! robijnrood, troebel, witte kraag aroma: caramout, gebrande mouten, kandij suiker smaken: medium zoet, licht/medium bitter, licht zuur, donker fruit (kers, pruim), normaal gemout( geroosterde mouten, caramout), medium body, glad met normale co2. afdronk: zuurtje, licht bitter, moutig en wat kruidig

Bottle 250ml.Clear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, wood, toffee, acetone notes. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet, light light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, malty, prune. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120317]
