Flashback. Was war das für ein heftiger Trip, Waldi?! Völlig lost mal eben per Rakete auf den Mond, stabil die Welt gerettet und wieder ab zurück ins Veedel. Du bist ein Ehrenmann!
Die ROCKETDOG-Serie erscheint regelmäßig in ähnlicher Malz-Schüttung. Mit jedem Sud verändern wir die Hopfenkombination: Mosaic ist als Haupthopfen gesetzt. Durch die Varianz beim Zweit oder gar Dritthopfen ergeben sich aber immer neue, unterschiedliche Geschmacksprofile.
Hops: Mosaic T90, Bru-1 BBC, Vic Secret T90 +++ Hoppier than older Version from 2020 +++

440ml can. Murky, yellow-ish golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, snow white head. Minimally ephemeral, citrusy and tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, oaty malty background, notes of lemon, limoncello, mango, a touch of melon. Taste is dry, bitter, tart-ish, (citrusy) fruity hoppy, minimally funky yeasty, oaty malty basis, no residual sweetness, hints of lemon, lemon peel, some melon. Watery texture, dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Quite dry, not exactly drinkable, complete absence of sweetness - good, but a tad strenuous as well.

Trockener, getreidig-bitterer Hopfenbeginn. Konstant, einfach, nicht übermäßig intensiv. Süffig, angenehme Bitterkeit, mittellanger Abgang. 9/8/10/9/11/9

44cl can. A murky yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of dry juicy hops, yeast, yellow fruits, mango. Taste of dry hops, yellow fruits, wheat malt, melon, bread. Mild bitterness.
