Can, 0.44l. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate and cardamom. Pours almost black color with thin quickly diminishing cappuccino-like head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with mild sweet but rich roasted malt and bitter chocolate, follows by cardamom and dried fruit, mouthfeel is mild spicy, while finish is medium bitter. Medium body, thin texture and lively carbonation in palate. Oriental Christmas…

Canned 440ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & hrabren, thanks! Pitch black coloured, medium sized brownish head, quite strong cardamom in the nose. Dominant cardamom, noticable alcohol, some chocolate and again cardamom in the finish.

Canned, thx to the wonderful Mr. Papsoe, of course. Shared with Ogivlado and Hrabrenvlado. Blackish very dark brown body, off-white head. Lovely enormous cardamom-driven aroma, with light underlying chocolate, maybe caramel. Nice bready-chocolatey malty backbone, well-integrated cardamom.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours black, with fine brown foam. Aroma is licorice, some subtle chocolate and coffee. Recalling Baltic porters. Body is smooth, slightly carbonated, with just above average texture. Taste is moderately sweet and roasty. Final is fairly long.

A decent burnt brew with strong spicy notes.
