Can @ home. Clear dark brown, very close to black body under a big, fine foamy beige head. Aroma of dark malt, chocolate and cardamom. Taste is sweet, dark, smooth malt, chocolate and distinct cardamom. Alcohol is well hidden. Fine body with long lasting aftertaste. The base beer is typical Amager porter, well made and balanced, super smooth. The cardamom is the joker here, I had this served quite cold so the cardamom felt subdued in the start, just like a nice, spiced Christmas beer. The during the last part of the can it was heated up a bit and the spiced part felt a bit to heavy, still a very nice beer.

Poured near black in color.
Cardamom for sure. Sweetish malts, roastedness, more xmas spices towards finish. Ok.

Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is cardamom, bananas, some toasted and mild biscuity malts to it. Flavour is toasted, bananas and some mild alcohol as well as spiciness to it. Not overdoing the spices.

Pours dark reddish brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, caramel, cardamom and chocolate. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long caramel, chocolate and cardamom finish. Body is medium to full, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Can. A spiced one, cardamom and ginger, roasted malts and some coffee. A bit too spiced this one, feels a bit messy. 747413 260125

GERGYKK. Red dark brown color with a beige head. Aroma and flavor is alcohol, roasted malt, cardamom, ginger, coffee, spices.

330 ml can, batch #3341, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8.5%. Black colour, small and shortlived tan head. Aroma of Christmas cookies, cardamom, allspice and chocolate. Medium sweet flavour with the same elements, not cloying. Low bitterness.
