Tap at Boreft Bier Festival 2010, Bodegraven. Hazy yellow Italian inspired Lambic brew. This have an very dry hoppy taste, almost salty (not negativly) pretty decent brew.

My favorite of the single hops series so far. Tap @ BBF 2010. Yoghurt with some herbal hops in the aroma. Melon, grapefruit. Moderately sour flavor with yoghurt, grassy hops, lemon and grapefruit. Good complexity. Long aftertaste.

Keg at Mikkeller & Friends - Copenhagen. Pours cloudy gold with a fine, white foam head. Sweet malt and mild grass nose. Medium sweet flavor, some funk, grassy bitterness, tangy malts. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Tangy finish, some wet bread, grassy bitterness. Decent.

Tap @ Mikkeller bar, Stefansgade. Small head wirh short duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are brett, malt, hops and has a sour finish.

not very tart, a but too hoppy, not a lot of complexity. Ok, but not sure what they were trying to do (I don’t really think dry hopping a lambic makes sense.)

On tap at Mikkeller Bar, June 2012. Hazy golden with no head. Aroma and taste of wood, citrus and "peach". Dry with no carbonation. Not that tart. Very easy to drink and refreshing.

Draught. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Very sour/nice. Moderate bitter flavor. Sour and fresh strangly citrus notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.
