Yeast from the province of Santa Fe provide a subtle fruity profile and a velvety texture that potentiates the bright notes of fresh sliced honeydew melon and the finest of herbs. This is our liquid homage to the extreme potential of this country.

Troebel donkergeel bier met schuim wat snel wegzakt. Smaak is bitterzoet met iets van honing, sinaasappel en ananas.

11/XI/22 - on tap @ Billie’s Craft Beer Fest (day 1), BB: n/a (2022-1530) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!

Cloudy deep yellow blond beer, small creamy white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, quite some tropical fruits, juicy, citrus notes, very dank, resinous hops. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, alcohol, very dank, hoppy, resinous, gentle bitterness, nice. Aftertaste: dry, bitter, spicy, earthy, hoppy, some tropical fruits, ok.
