Clear yellow blond beer, small creamy white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: funky, juicy, some citrus, lemony, a bit herbal, good stuff going on here! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, acidic start, fruity, lemon, grapefruit, bitter, a bit woody. Aftertaste: dry, herbal touch, spicy, nice and clean acidity, lots of lemon and lime, good!

Couleur dorée/pâle, col blanc.
Arôme sur un nez un peu 'pungent' - effet lambic avec un retrait de grains/céréales sans s'épandre dans un profile rustique de saison.
Palais présente un excellent caractère de bretts - notes fruitées, petites douceur latente de fruits - léger en barrique avec un fini grains modéré qui vient rappeler le côté plus belge de saison.
