Bottle from Eldesmadre, thanks! Golden color. Hay aroma. Full bodied. Malt, cardboard and hay in the flavor. Sweetish, vanilla. Almost herbal. Sadly doesn’t travel well.

Piwo o bursztynowej barwie, mętne. Piana gęsta, powoli opada i ładnie oblepia szkło. W aromacie czuc chmiel i słód, dodatkowo lekkie maślane nuty. W smaku słodowe, lodygowa goryczka, która dlugo pozostaje w gardle. Mało ma wspólnego z czeskim pilsem.

Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass not too zippy, creamy head. Moldy aroma. Starts mild, malty, grasy, more and more moldy. Sweetish background. Bready notes. Finish well balanced, but flat. Okay.

Good thick cream head, leaving some lace over metallic copper-amber beer. Caramel, oxydation, iron. Bitter, dried leaves, ending in caramel. Bitterness is a tad metallic, caramel tends towards diacetyl, as well as a whiff of saffron. Palate is empty, just the metallic-leafy bitterness lingering. Pils??? How about Vienna? 50 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and toasted malty. Sweet, toasted malty and cornish. Light metallic. Bitter, yet sweet and cornish finish.

Flasche von Ministerstwo Browaru, Posen. - Dunkelorange. Süßliche Nase. Antrunk unangenehm spritig-süß. Es fehlen jegliche Hopfenaromen, die man für gewöhnlich mit dem Begriff "Pils" verbindet. Statt dessen ein dumpfer, lang anhaltender bitterer Nachtrunk wie bei einem drittklassigen Bockbier. - Wirklich übel. Schon das dritte mißratene Bier dieser „Brauerei“, das ich verkostet habe. Eigentlich sollte ich Schmerzensgeld verlangen ... (Test: April 2013)
