Bottle from Eldesmadre, thanks! Golden color, cloudy. Milky, citric aroma and flavor. Banana sweets. Traubenzucker. Some herbal notes in the aftertaste. Decent weizen.

Barwa złota, zmętnione, piana biała dość obfita, umiarkowanie trwała. W aromacie banan, guma balonowa, lekki goździk. W smaku już raczej przewaga goździka, banana zdecydowanie mniej, pojawiają się lekkie owoce w stylu gruszka, brzoskwinia. Niewielka kwaskowość, przez co wydaje się nieco nijakie, płaskie, poza tym leciutko wodniste, wysycenie w normie, lekka, zaznaczona goryczka. Poprawne, da się wypić, nie olśniewa, ale to i tak chyba jedno z lepszych piw z Sulimara.

Złota mętna barwa, piana gęsta drobnopęcherzykowa. W aromacie wyraźne goździki oraz lekki banan. W smaku guma balonowa oraz goździki, w tle majaczy mocno dojrzały banan.

Butelka 400ml z datą ważności do 29.11.2015, temperatura degustacji 12 stopni +, szkło edel. Pozytywne jestem zaskoczony tym piwem, brak wad sensorycznych a i w stylu wypada całkiem nieźle, są estry(banan), są fenole(goździk), jedno do czego można się przyczepić to balans między nimi jest mocno bananowe jak w aromacie tak i w smaku, goździk gdzieś z tyłu majaczy. Poza tym jest ok, treściwość średnio lekka, finisz wytrawny (kwaskowaty), wygląd jak w stylu (barwa, piana- może za szybko opada, ale piwo przed końcem terminu więc i tak jest dobrze) podane parametry na etykiecie zgodne ze stylem oprócz goryczki o 10ibu za dużo (w smaku nic nie urywa więc to co podali biorę z przymrużeniem oka). Myślę że najlepsza interpretacja stylu przez corneliusa, lepsza jak porter= przesłodzony ulepek.

Bottled@Gastropub Nordic, Tampere. Hazy orangeish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is hoppy fruitiness, mild caramel, some toffee as well as a bit wheaty notes. Flavour is wheat, banana, spices, some slight bready and herbal notes. Quite nice Hefeweizen, not that far from it’s German likes.

Clear honey-golden color, small white head. Overriped banana aroma. Medium-bodied. Banana, bubblegum, clove, some citrusy tartness. Quite nice and German.

50 cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is estery and light wheaty. Light sweet, estery, bubblegum and light banana. Sweet and light fruity estery finish.

Bottle @ Zentraleuropäischer Wahnsinn. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, banana and yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet. Sweet finish. 300513

Bottle. Pours cloudy pale amver with airy white head. Clear aroma of grain and yeast with hoppy notes. Sweetish, grainy flavour with acidic, hoppy and yeasty notes. Sour-sweetish aftertase. Tastes like a decent German hefeweizen.
