Wholehearted Weissbier with a pleasant fruity scent. Pale orange in colour, the Einsiedler Weissbier embodies this peculiar and recognizable style.
But at Einsiedler we like to crank up a notch. This thirst quenching Weissbier with its fruity aromas followed by fine cloves and a hint of honey in the aftertaste meets everyone's expectations of a truly great genuine German Weissbier.
It's long lasting taste will tempt you to order more.
Cheers.

Bottle, 5.3%. Mild banana aroma. Cloudy orange colour. Stable white head. The flavour has a little banana, hint of bread. Not so fresh, but also a month past BB date.

(bottle) Cloudy, orange colour with a collapsing foamy white head. Slightly milky and grainy malty aroma with a light wheaty but rather skunky notes of vegetables.-Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Yeasty, bready (cara-)malty, restrained wheaty and fruity taste; sweetish malty and faint fruity finish. Not the kind of Weizen I like. 01.IX.09

Test vom 24.4.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,4,5,3,11,4 - 4,75
