Appearance: cloudy gold with a moderate white frothy head of medium retention. Aroma and taste: banana, corn, overripe apples, distant clove. Ligh sweet, low bitterness. Mouth feel: medium minus body, average carbonation. Overall: seems to be old.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass not as cloudy as exspected. Starts mild, modest yeasty, surprisingly hoppy with fruity hints. Finish a bit drier, still not very yeasty. Strange. I liked the old Einsiedler Weißbier more.

Bottle 500ml.Hazy medium orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate yeasty, banana, bubble gum, clove, light yeast. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is creamy to watery, carbonation is soft. [20111108]
