(bottle) Almost clear, greenish golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Moderately sweet and slightly grainy aroma with subtle fruity and herbal hoppy notes. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Pale malt character with light grainy notes; moderately dry, malt-accented and slightly herbal hoppy finish. Balanced brew. 30.IX.09

bottle, bought in the Hallertau. Clear golden yellow, mid-sized head. Malty background with some nice hops that add a grassy-resiny character. Good one.

Bottle: Golden coloured with a greenish sheen, bigger rocky white head with a little lace; moderate to solid pale-malty nose with an astonishing hoppy background; mainly sweet, only slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; hoppy traces in the moderate sweet-malty finish. Pleasant Helles.......

Neutral nose, very light honeyish malt notes. Pale golden, low carbonation, big lacing creamy head. Malt base, gunpowder notes. hops well hidden. Medium body, flat dusty aftertaste. Very boring Helles.
