We’ve had the crazy guys from Play Brew Co. round to brew up a sweet and sour treat. Featuring tons of lactose, lime juice, and vanilla we’ve created a sweet, juicy and refreshingly tart key lime sour pastry sour that will make you feel like you should be handing these out to trick or treaters. Loaded to the max with oats for a creamy pie body and soured with lactobacillus, we’ve got pudding sorted. BBE October 2023.

440ml can from S43. Clear golden colour, foamy white head and aroma of lemon-lime, ice cream. Taste is sour, lime, with a vanilla ice-cream note, tart citric rind, and some saltiness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying sour lime finish. Nicely drinkable.

Draft at BeerHeadz Lincoln. Light hazed golden colour with a slight disappearing head.Aroma and taste are tangy to tart lime, sour to finish. Slight creaminess in the body.

Can from the brewery online shop. Pours clear gold with a thin white head. Aromas of sour lime and vanilla. Taste is tangy lime and sweet vanilla. Tangy finish.
