Keg at the Time and Tide Taphouse, Sandwich, 26/08/23. Blackcurrant shade of red with a crimson cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is tangy red berry fruit esters, blackcurrant yoghurt, straw, hedgerow, light funk. Taste comprises blackcurrant, red berry pips, herb, light funk, barnyard notes, cherry stones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light acidic bite. Decent well balanced sour.

Can at home. Dark purple colour with a thin head. Aroma and taste are syrupy to tart cherry. Sweet to dry finish. Bold body.
