Inspired by our favourite champagnes and white wines, we added small portions of passion fruit, Brazilian white guava, and white grape must to the boil for tropical fruit flavour and acidity. Brewed with a base of Weyermann extra pale premium pilsner malt, kettle hopped with Hallertau Blanc, and fermented with 34/70.

473ml can. Pours a clear gold with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves soapy lacing. Aroma of grainy pale malt, lemon, a hint of passion fruit and grassy hops. Sweet fruity flavour of grainy pale malt, green grape, passion fruit and lemon in a crisp, dry, mild bitter, grassy hop finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing, crushable and pretty tasty for a Pils.
