Pours with a massive head shooting up the glass that only slowly disperses delaying the tasting :) grassy nose with pine and some citrus. Mouth is prickly carbonation, lemon up front thin in the middle and lingering bitterness. But of puckering astringency at the end. Could have done with more malt for an IPA to counterbalance the hops. Still drinkable.

330ml bottle. Opalescent, orangey, golden colour with average to huge, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Piney and citrusy, minimally grassy, hoppy aroma, pale and caramel malty background, notes of pineapple, lemon, grapefruit, slightly spicy and minimally dusty, yeasty overtones. Taste is initially crisp, bitter and piney, citrusy, hoppy, quickly fading hints of pineapple, lemon, grapefruit, a touch of lemon tea, chalky, mineral notes remain solely on a weak, pale and caramel malty basis. Minimally oily, watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Exhibits the typical Session IPA weakness of fading hop flavours and a lack of malt support; sadly not just in the finish but at the latest from the second third on - wimpy.
