Sample (thanks fonefan!). Pitch black colour, small brown head. Aroma is coffee, some berries, fudge, mild cocoa, dark chocolate with some roast and mild alcohol and syrup upon that. Flavour is alcohol, syrup, some roasted tones with alcohol, some vanilla and cocoa in a bunch, very dark chocolaty tones too.

Deliriously good, offering up deep veins of dark chocolate, molasses, caramel, anise, roast, and dark jammy fruits, with a bitter coffee finish spiked with a healthy dose of bourbon and oak. Hits all the notes you want. Absolutely delicious.

16 oz. can, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma is rich and complex, with equal parts coffee, molasses, roasted malt and whiskey barrels. Flavour is rich and complex, with a wonderful dark cocoa and coffee character upfront, accentuated by whiskey and molasses. Rich, roasty, barrel-y and integrated beautiful, with a silky, oily palate. Wonderful.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Black, minimal brown head. Distinct aroma of espresso, bourbon and and honey. Really sweet with full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Dark chocolate, syrup, honey, lots of espresso and intensely warming bourbon with lingering coffee bitterness.

44 cl can @ Kultainen Apina Aroma is surprisingly mild with some coffee. Flavour has coffee, chocolate, bourbon tones, vanilla. Good, drinkability could be better though.
