Dark ruby red, with an orangey fruity malt character. The spicy, resinous, lemony Goldings absolutely sing through the beer combining beautifully with the malt, and the bitterness is powerful and lasting, punching through the residual sweetness.

Cask at BBF 2011 courtesy of Dom, thank you sir! Clear dark amber, thick white head. Aroma of flowers, butterscotch, light spice. Taste is sweet and dry caramel. Very nice.

Cask, gravity at Boreft Beer Festival, De Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands, 24.09.11 Pours amber with a slight orangey hue to it, good clarity. Initially quite spicy with little wafts of spiciness coming back down my nostrils. This is lovely, it has a great balance of bitter & sweetness, the Goldings hops come across really well lightly lemony but showing throughout. I really liked this it’s a collaborative corker from Thornbridge & Kernel! A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8
