A peoples beer ”folköl” that we brewed with pale ale, light and medium caramel malts. Hopped with Citra and Simcoe and fermented with our house Kveik yeast. Skål!

Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, earthy,. some mouldy and eggy tones. Flavour is fruity, wooden, some eggy, cellary and mild vegetably tones.

--Bottled, from Bottl3.5hop, Stockholm. -- Hazy golden, mid sized head. Citrusy nose with some starfruit. Dry with light body and clean, crisp mouthfeel. Citrus, white bread and grass. Long bitter finish.
