This is our new Tyrolean Farmhouse Saison. Local hand-picked Elderberries give the beer its amazing colour and aroma of dark fruits. Powerful and unique yeast shows up with tart and spicy notes. So it is both, light and complex. Bierolian Style.

Bottle from SinH4, many thanks! Dark reddish amber with large pinkish foam. Some red berry aroma, a bit of yeast, dough, some pencil shavings. Dry,yeasty taste. Some light elderberries, a bit spicy.

Bottle. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is dough, mild berries, good pepperiness and yeast spice. Taste is the same, earthy, dough, mild berries. Chewy mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Nicely balanced. Nice one!

Bottle. Milky red, light pinkish foam. Dusty, herbal fruity nose. Light body, mellow mouthfeel. Light medicinal elderberry notes, berryskin, some fruitiness, yeasty dry notes in the finish.
