Crisp IPA is the first installment in our Rotational IPA Series. Bright, clean and absolutely delicious. This beer is just incredible. Really. Crispier than a bite from a fresh apple while frolicking in a frosty field under a new moon. Weigh your taste buds down? Nope. This IPA will lift you up on a one-way flight to crispy town. It’s also gluten reduced, which is nice: no unnecessary baggage. And did we mention its crisp? So crisp.
Hops: Chinook, Amarillo Simcoe, Ekuanot

Schönes Dosendesign. Optisch Eierdotter, schöner Sahneschaum. In der Nase hopfig, butterig, Frucht. Im Trunk Beeren, cremig, dezente Süße, leicht bitter, sehr angenehm alkoholisch, lecker.

Can 37fl.oz. @home poured into a shaker. Hazy pale golden colour, good frothy white head, half way lasting, patchy lacing. Aroma pale malts, orange, pineapple, piney hops, bit danky. Taste light to medium sweet and bitter, malty, grapefruit, pineapple. Light to medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, semi-dry sweetbitter aftertaste, malty notes, light cardboard notes, well-balanced mild IPA, nice.

Can from Corti Brothers. Pours clear, brassy gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma is orange/citrus/pine with an apple note. Med body or better. Flavor pretty well matches the aroma. Dry and more than moderately bitter. Crisp? Arguably. Very good ale.
