Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is mildly fruity, hayish, grassy, bready malty along with some slight notes of yeast. Flavour is bready malts, some slight fruityness as well as some mild yeastyness and herbs.

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Slightly dusty and sweet grainy malty aroma with a doughy note and a touch of herbal hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with an almost crisp carbonation. Pale malty, slightly grainy and doughy taste with very subtle fruity notes, as well as grassy and herbal accents; quite dry and moderately bitter herbal hoppy finish. Guess it works as a session beer. 25.X.10

Draught @ Brauhaus Knallhütte, Knallhütte 1, 34225 Baunatal-Knallhütte, Germany.Clear medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, fruity, light to moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
