Canned, 440 ml at Ambasada. Black with medium beige head. Chocolate, cocoa, somewhat lactic, vanilla, smooth and creamy. Sweet. Medium bodied.

440ml can from Gavel, Kuala Lumpur. Poured almost black in colour with a short-lived, frothy tan head. The aroma is roasted malt, chocolate and lactose. The flavour is over moderate sweet, with a smooth, rich, slightly oily, roasty, fake sugary, chocolate, light liqourice bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Nice, but the sugary flavours were a little fake.

Süßer, malzig-schokoladiger Beginn. Laktose, Kakao, etwas nussig, dabei bleibt die Süße in angenehmem Rahmen. Der Alkohol ist nie erkennbar, stark schokoladig bleibend, minimal Lakritz. Würzig schokoladig bleibend, intensiv, langer malziger Abgang. Gut! 12/12/12/12/13/12

Tap at Taphouse, Copenhagen (05/04/2023) - Dark sweet and very lightly roasted malty, notes of milk and dark chocolate, coco milk, milky sweet vanilla throughout, white sugar sprinkle, creamy full to medium body, chocolate and vanilla infused sweet malty finish.

Cacao-coloured head, fast gone over jet-black beer. Black chocolate, molten chocolate, chocolate sauce, felt, musk, cacao. Bitter chocolate, I praliné /I, but with a bitter, liqueurish extra, like a spirit for liqueur. Violets, dark berries... and chocolate liqueur. Finish sports a light stout acidity. The lactose comes forward in the MF, making it creamier, more slick despite good carbonation. Quite decent, likeable. Txs to Joren for bringing.
