Bottle from Quack-Duck, tasted 310710, thanks! Blonde with an orange haze. Wheat, yest and soft citrus notes in both aroma and flavor. Clove. Thinnish. Mint in the aftertaste. Decent.

Vielen Dank an kevnic2008! Sehr tübe orangegelbe Farbe, ordentliche weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig süß, leicht bananig, trocken, Gewürze. Geschmack hefig, Gewürze, etwas Cirus, Banane, süffiges und gutes Weizen.

Pours a orange yellow haze. Full white head. Taste that of and average Hefe, some banana and clove. Palate is same but ends a bit harsh for a Hefe.

Bottle 500ml. @ home.Unclear hazy medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate to heavy yeasty, fruity, banana, clove. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, fruity - citurs acidic, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20111112]

Bottle: Deep golden with an orangey touch, hazy, stable creamy and lacy off-white head; sweet-sour wheaty nose with yeast backstage; moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, light to medium bodied; lemony flavours in the usual sweet-sour finish. Refreshing Weizen.....

(bottle) Hazy, orange to light-amber colour with a big and persistent foamy white head. Yeasty, slightly sweet and moderately wheaty aroma with a subtle, almost a bit vinous citrus-/lemon-fruity note, accompanied by clovy spices. Moderately sour and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a well-carbonated, slightly sparkly mouthfeel. Yeasty and wheaty taste with lemon-fruity notes and a mildly clovy touch; quite dry and slightly sour fruity finish with a slightly woody tartness. A pleasant Weißbier, close to an Ur-Weisse. 25.V.10
