Flight sample at Zeezicht, Breda. Opaque jet black color, medium sized daek brown colored head. Aroma and flavor are malts, roasted malts, malt bitter, roasty again, roasty bitter. A bit sharp. Medium to full body, medium carbonation. Ok.

Keg, half pint. Tasted on the 07/05/2019 at «Mikkeller and Friends», Copenhagen (Denmark). Black colour with a low beige head. Aroma is black chocolate, bourbon and wood. Taste is wood, soft bourbon, roasted coffee beans and licorice. Finish is medium boozy, sharp bourbon and chocolate. Medium to full body. Next one please!

Tap @ Mikkeller & Friends. Almost black with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, coffee and liquorice. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, warming, sweet, little dark fruit, liquorice and medium bitter.

ABV: 13.0%. Clear dark dark brown colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, coffee, caramel, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, chocolate, dark malt, roasted, coffee - chocolate, dried fruit, meat - light smoke. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20190508]
