"Meusel-Bräu Sommerbier", Flasche aus dem Brauereiverkauf. - Dunkelrotbraun, klar. - In der Nase warmes, leicht karamelliges dunkles Malz und gedämpfte kräuterige Hopfenherbe. - Antrunk schlank röstmalzig und leicht trocken mit Mokka und zarter Asche, Leicht muffig wirkende, zart säuerliche dunkle Fruchtigkeit; milde kräuterige Hopfenherbe. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang mild röstmalzig mit knapper Hopfenherbe; etwas unrund. - Nettes Schwarzbier mit kleineren Fehlaromen.

Schöne rötlich-schwarze Farbe, röstmalzig-dunkler Geruch. Der Antrunk ist vollmundig-malzig, leicht trocken. Zum Hauptteil kommt eine angenehm-röstmalzig-trockene Note mit angenehmer malziger Süße hinzu. Schön mild-weich. Der Nachgeschmack ist leicht-frisch, hopfig-frisch und ganz leicht röstmalzig-mild. Mittellang anhaltend, daher ein ideal süffiges und leckeres Sommerbier! 12/12/10/12

(bottle) Clear, dark brown colour with a beige medium-sized foamy head. Discreet aroma of ashy and slightly burnt malt with subtle fruity and herbal hoppy notes. Mildly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a prickly carbonation. Slightly ashy and grainy malty taste with a low hops profile; sweet and shy bitter finish with ashy malt un the aftertaste. Bottle 500ml.Clear medium to dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, roasted, keller. Bottle @ Ulfborg, Early Winter Tasting, 2011. Pours dark amber with a small creamy white head and lacing. Nose is vegetables and DMS. Flavor adds a bit of caramel and rubber. Smooth and creamy.
