Supercharged India Pale Ale.... Rich/bright & amber/bronze with lots of American hop aroma. Distinctly bittersweet on the palate with a massive hop complexity fashioned deep within the IPA tradition.

Bottle at The Curry Leaf Café, Brighton, Saturday 18th November 2017 on our Birthday week. Pours mid to dark amber with a large off white head. A most beautiful enjoyable IPA and works perfectly with my Tandoori, fruity with some orange peel, a little pithy but then resin and pine also. Excellent beer. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

Bottle shared at Chris & Ruth’s pre-GBBF Shindig 2017 - Part 2. A hazy orange golden beer with a small most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of resinous bitter hops, zest, spruce. Taste of fruity bitter hops, citrus, spruce, red malt, nice!

Taste: fruity, orange, grapefruit, marmalade, sweet malt, resin, caramel, pithy bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation, very smooth mouthfeel. Excellent IPA. 05/09/2020: 440ml can. Re-rating since it's been over 3 years... Same as before really. Sweet, juicy citrus, orange and grapefruit, underripe tropical fruits, mango, caramel malt. Medium bodied. Modern classic. Same rating as original.
