Meget velbrygget øl som er ... vel, jeg ville sagt stilriktig om det hadde fantes en slik stil. Det fremstår som rent og tydelig, og med solid balanse, der ulike smakskomponenter er litt spredt utover i smaksopplevelsen. Men er det egentlig godt, da? Tja.

Head gone in seconds to small beige rim over brown-black beer. Very special nose - berries, starfruit and melanoidins. Nutty flavour, dark chocolate, red/blue berries (elderberry?). I get cacao, but absolutely no coffee! Decent body impression for only 4.5%. +1 point because its taste is absolutely original! And nice...

Bottle. Black pour. Aroma of sweet cherry , coffee, tart, chocolate and wheat. Taste has tart chocolate, cherry, wheat, cold coffee, wheat and some salt. Interesting take on a gose, nice.

Bottle. Dark browm color with small white head. Aroma of coffee. Taste, coffee, cocoa, cascara, light sal. Verey good.

Thanks jinroh for sharing the bottle! Poured into a taster showing dark brown with no head. The nose shows clean mildly tart notes reined in by malt with lighter notes of coffee and cocoa. The palate is medium bodied and moderately carbonated. Lightly tart with moderately intense notes of coffee and cocoa that somehow comes together very well.

Dark brown color. Salty sour nose with nice chocolate notes. Very unusual take on the style. The mouth is more balanced than I could have imagined with lots of coffee and sourness going on. Much more enjoyable than I thought.

Säuerlicher, dunkel malziger Beginn. Süffig, viel Kaffee, die Säure ist dazu angenehm. Vollmundig, langer säuerlicher Abgang. Gefällt. 10/9/9/10//10
