bottle, thanks to MoritzF! Amber colour, medium-sized head. Very "roasty" taste, roasted malt, well-hopped, especially towards the finish.

Bottle (33cl): Amber coloured, quickly collapsing head; malty-metallic nose with some roasted malt in the back; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; malty-bitter finish with a shy fruitiness. Not really bad, but.......yawn........

(33cl bottle) Clear, amber to copper colour with a medium-sized, light-beige foamy head. Moderately sweet and toasty malty, nutty nose with caramel and cacao powder and light hoppy notes. Sweet-bitter flavour, toast-malty, nutty taste with light notes of caramel. Dry-ish, malty, light-bitter finish. Rather slim brew, but also clean, balanced and pleasant to drink.

[At the Schaumburger brewery tap] An amber beer with a thin orange head - I find it quite dark in color for a Landbier. The aroma is sweet with light notes of nuts and malt - too light for my liking. The flavor is also very light with notes of sweet malt, leading to a dry bitter and strawy end. Served in its own glass.

(On tap) Pours a beautiful, clear amber with a creamy, iff-white head. Very clean malty nose. Medium body, perhaps slightly watery. A bit low in carbonation. Again clean malt in the flavour with a vague metallic edge and a rather hoppy finish. 051106
