A lightly hazed blonde golden ale with a thick frothy creamy white head. Nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light mineral notes, light citrus, nice and smooth. Bottle at Azotea Minerva, Coyoacan.

Listed as an Indian Pale Pilsener, whatever that means. Definitely good in any case, and a level above many Mexican craft beers. A lot of citrusy hops here actually. Good malt complex, and good all around. Light bitterness with light hops. Bottle pour at Yucatan Craft Beer Festival.
