Juice = Juice was born when we had Great Notion in the lab to review, axioms, hypothesis, postulates, and proofs to derive and fuse our juice tactics together to make a beer bursting with extreme flavor. We used a malt bill of heavy wheat along with a combination of flaked oats and oat malt for the foundation. We whirlpooled heavy with Citra and Idaho 7 and finished it with a big Galaxy dryhop.
Juice = Juice pours a bright orange yellow and gives off big aromas of pulpy tropical juice. The flavor follows, with a jumbo medley of island fruits, just squeezed OJ, big peach notes, and a touch of dankness. You’ll notice a mild bitterness upfront, pillow like mouth feel midway and a smooth juicy finish at the end making it extremely balanced and drinkable. Batch 3 bursts with our rainbow melon #EQfinish. to help conclude the findings, Juice does equal Juice.

2026 version, 16oz can from Tavour. Hazy golden pour with substantial fluffy white head, streaky lacing. Funky, fruity, dank aroma, potent. Taste begins with a flash of grapefruit peel, dank, herbaceous, stone fruit, overripe with a nice hefty punch behind it. A real pleasure....

ABV: 8.5%. Murky - muddy medium yellow orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, oat, fruity malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, fruity hops, orange - citrus, tropical fruit, mango - papaya. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, tropical fruit, fruity hops, mango - apricot - papaya, wheat - oat. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20230924]

473ml can. Murky, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, slowly osteoporosing, moderately lacing, white head. Intense, immensely juicy, tropical and citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of orange, grapefruit, mandarine, mango, passion fruit, oaty malty background. Taste is sweet-ish, oaty and wheaty malty, juicy, tropical and citrusy fruity hoppy, minimally alcoholic, notes of orange, mandarine, mango, passion fruit, some grapefruit, moderate bitterness; slightly grassy and minimally alcoholic finish. Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation. Excellent, though sadly slightly ephemeral aroma, a tad boozy - good!

Aromas are citrus, tropical fruit and dry grain. Flavors are similar to nose with great balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. Good body and a slightly tangy sweet finish. Good drinking beer.
