Bottle at Ruppaner Brewery, on the banks of Lake Constance in Konstanz. Hazy dark amber with a creamy-frothy head. Has a fine wheat beer taste with some darker malt elements, although these are perhaps more pronounced in appearance than taste. Has a good lingering aftertaste.

Bottle from Quack-Duck, thanks! Amber color, cloudy. Lemon, banana and toffee in both aroma and flavor. Hints of yeast and clove. OK.

* Old rating, many thanks to kevnic2008 for this beer. Best before 05.11.10. Mild-weiches, schön malziges Weizen. Bananig-karamellig, erdige Anspielungen. Rund und gut.

50 cl bottle @ Timo A. Rated on 06.07.2010
Disappearing head, murky brown colour. Aroma has ash, banana esthers and some floral notes. Palate has somewhat stinging CO2. Flavour is ’slimy’ with banana esthers, some ripe fruits and toffee. Decent.
