Still kills the fruited stout genre, jammy yet chocolatey.

Jammy and roasty with some chocolate, raspberries, cocoa, vanilla, hints of syrup and bourbony barrel notes. Okay and pretty balanced

Bottle at Leeuwarden tasting. Opaque black color, small medium dark brown colored head. Aroma is malty, like a stout at first, but then the raspberry hits. Flavor is similar, with chocolate, even a decent bitter finish in the aftertaste. Very solid.

Medium body, fairly sweet, slightly boozy. Dark chocolate and red raspberries, fruity tartness, dries up towards the end. A little bit of sharpness from the berries but overall remains smooth, the barrel is not very noticeable and more could help. Nice.

Black, small tan head. Smells delightfully raspberry jam with chocolate mixed in, some bourbon, soft sweetness. Smooth, warming body, but could be thicker. Fairly boozy. Taste is decadent, rich. Good yet light roast, bourbon, slightly sharp rasberries.
