Draught Huge Guinness-like head, brown-greige, dense, but dwarfing the bit of coal-black stout underneath that I got in my glass. Foam is very adhesive. Nutty nose, sulphury as boiled cabbage, broccoli, parsley, bit roasted and then, celeri, celeriac, and lots of DMS. Nutty, and again celeriac, with a bit roasted/ashy finish. Tad mineral. Sweetness is also completely as mashed celeriac, watered down to get fluid, and this impression only grows warming up, almost getting nauseating. Quite well bodied, viscous. Bit of alcoholwarmth, if not much for such a potent brew. Extremely disappointing. Imperial Celeriac.
